I am Lara Mateo, known onstage as laruh! I am a Rizal-based singer-songwriter and music producer. My sound as an artist leans toward acoustic and folk pop melodies, accompanied by lyrics on the sentiments of one still trying to figure things out.

I have been actively making music, both on the production and performance side, since 2019. Although, my debut single “i worry too much” is what brought me to major digital streaming platforms in July 2021. This was eventually followed by my latest single titled “leave it as is“, released in September 2022.

I have also performed alongside my OPM influences like Reese Lansangan, The Ridleys, Munimuni, and geiko, among others. But aside from this, I have been taking up my Bachelor of Arts in Music Production at De La Salle-College of Saint Benilde.

As I continue to create music, I hope that not only do my songs resonate with my listeners, but I also strive to contribute to others’ creative process in any way I can!
